72-Hour Policy: Returns, refunds, or size exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your package.

No Change of Mind: Refunds or returns are not allowed if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product.

Item Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original shoebox with tags intact. (Please try on shoes indoors on clean/carpeted surfaces)

Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
